Web Design Standards. They don't have to be boring, and they should be easily monetized as well. Now, I know that there is a faction of the web standards camp that believes web accessibility / usability / valid (X)HTML markup should be adhered to - no matter what. That if your XHTML marked-up site stumbles on any points, that you are part of the problem, and not the standards compliant solution.
